Internal Bra Magazine operates under a limited licensing agreement whereby the Licensee licenses the UGC Digital Magazine intellectual property, website design, and publishing framework from the Licensor. This licensing relationship grants the Licensee the right to operate the Website and publish content using the licensed system. The Licensor does not control day-to-day operations, editorial decisions, content moderation, contributor relationships, or advertising management.

The Licensee is solely and fully responsible for:

Website operations
Content moderation
Editorial decisions
Contributor relationships
Advertising programs
Legal compliance
Regulatory compliance
Risk management

The Licensor is not responsible for any content published on the Website, any claims made by contributors, advertisers, or readers, or any actions taken by the Licensee in connection with Website operations.
