2. Ownership, Intellectual Property, and Licensing Structure
Internal Bra Magazine operates under a limited licensing arrangement whereby Joseph Haecker, LLC (“Licensor”) licenses the UGC Digital Magazine intellectual property, publishing framework, and website design to Dr. Don Revis, MD (“Licensee”). The Licensee operates the Platform and is solely responsible for editorial decisions, content moderation, advertising programs, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform’s underlying design, publishing system, templates, branding architecture, and licensed technology remain the property of the Licensor. All content published on the Website may be owned by the Licensee, contributors, or third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership rights in the Platform, brand, design, software, systems, or trademarks.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Platform or its proprietary components without express written permission.
